Welcome to our executive housing beach houses, where comfort and luxury meet the beautiful oceanfront. Our beach houses are available for lease from October through May each year, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Ketchikan, Back Island and Loring jobs.

Our beach houses are located in a prime beachfront location, offering stunning views of Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. Each house is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Each beach house can sleep seven people and when combined accommodate up to 28 people, making them perfect for a traveling nurse, doctor or professor, as well as, construction crews, coast guard employees, corporate retreats, team-building events or any other group getaways.

Each house features multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Houses are accessible by land or sea. Street parking and deep water moorage is available.

Ketchikan Housing: This property is only available to lease during the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May. Leases can be one to eight months in length.
