Welcome to Pier 25 Boathouse!

Pier 25 is the perfect docking location along Ketchikan’s north-end for boating enthusiasts who enjoy navigating the waters of Knudson Cove, Clover Pass and Behm Canal, as well as Clarence Strait and Southesat Alaska’s Inside Passage. Our marine facility offers seasonal and transient moorage, marine fueling, meeting space rentals, storage and parking. An annual membership fee is required to access property, use marine facility and purchase fuel.

Pier 25 Boathouse membership is reviewed and approved on an annual basis. And, as a member of Pier 25 Boathouse, you’ll maintain a position on the moorage waiting list which will give you priority access to transient and seasonal moorage as it becomes available. With a dedicated slip to moor your recreational or commercial vessel, you’ll never have to worry about finding a place to dock your boat or park your vehicle during the peak boating season in the Knudson Cove area.

Fueling

As an annual Pier 25 Boathouse member, you will also have exclusive access to our members-only fueling station, ensuring that you’ll never have to wait in long fueling lines and that your boat will be fueled up and ready to go whenever you are. The fueling station is open 7am-5pm May through September 30th. After hours fueling is not an option as pumps are locked from 5pm-7am. The fueling station is closed 24-hours a day from October 1st through April 30th.

Meeting Space

As a member of Pier 25 Boathouse, you will also have the opportunity to host one privately held annual event in our beautiful boathouse. Our boathouse is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with your crew host a private party or gathering.
